Creating Space to Heal, Connect, and Rebalance
At Julien’s House, restorative activities offer a gentle and supportive way to help you find balance after the loss of a loved one.
These informal gatherings provide a safe space to connect with others who understand grief, while engaging in meaningful, healing activities such as:
· Gardening
· Breakfast clubs
· Art and creative expression
· Therapeutic practices like yoga and meditation
· Book clubs, walking groups, and more
Each activity is guided by a trained volunteer facilitator and designed to support your emotional and physical well-being as you navigate grief.
We also create opportunities to honour your loved one through vigils and memorial events—meaningful moments of reflection that bring comfort, connection, and remembrance.
