Julien’s House Charity Golf Tournament Participant Waiver & Release of Liability
By registering for and participating in the Julien’s House Charity Golf Tournament, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
- I understand that participation in a golf tournament involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation.
- In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Julien’s House, its Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and the hosting golf course from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, while participating in this event.
- I agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the golf course and event organizers, and to conduct myself in a safe and respectful manner.
- I acknowledge that photographs or video may be taken during the event and grant permission for my image to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
- I acknowledge that alcohol may be served at this event and agree to consume responsibly. I understand that I am solely responsible for my actions and transportation.
- This event will proceed rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
- I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this event.
- By completing my registration, I confirm that I have read and understand this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.
