DESCRIPTION:We invite registered guests of Julien’s House to come out to this unique holistic activity. \nFlow With Grief sessions will introduce you to techniques that JH Volunteer Kelly\, a holistic practitioner since 2011\, has used for herself and her clients to identify\, understand and move the heavy and complex energy of grief from within the body. No yoga mats need. Dress comfortably and come on out to give one of these holistic healing sessions a try! \nBenefits to attending in-person group sessions: \n·     we are more powerful together \n·     feel supported as you navigate your grief process \n·     the facilitator can guide the process of self-discovery and keep the collective energy moving towards something that feels better for each person \n  \nThe 3rd Thursday of each month at 7pm
